What‘s included in the $995 direct cremation package:

1. Transportation to the funeral home from a Home, Nursing Facility, Hospital or Medical Examiner 
2. Cremation container
3. Obtaining the death certificate  
4. Filing the death certificate 
5. Permit for cremation 
6. Transportation to the crematory 
7. Cremation fee
8. Plastic urn 

What's not included with the $995 direct cremation package:

1. Certified copies of the death certificate (Price varies on city or county of death)
2. Cremation container for individual with a weight in excess over 300 lbs. ($250.00)
3. Removal of a pacemaker to avoid damage to the cremation unit ($25.00)
4. Transportation outside of a 35 mile radius from our location ($3.00 per mile)
5. Use of our facility to view the deceased (Price varies)
6. Being present at the crematory to witness the cremation ($300.00)
